1. Acceptance of Terms & Protocol Overview

Welcome to BOOBA (BNB baby) ("we," "our," or "the Protocol"). By accessing our website, minting a digital Booba Passport, participating in community bounties, connecting your Web3 crypto wallet, or earning $BOOBA ecosystem points, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulations governing the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) ecosystem.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease interaction with the platform and refrain from minting or claiming community assets.

2. Non-Custodial Architecture & 12-Word Recovery Seed Phrase

BOOBA operates under strict cryptographic and non-custodial principles:

• Master Recovery Phrase: When minting your Booba Passport, you are issued a unique 12-word cryptographic seed phrase (BIP-39 standard). This recovery phrase is your master key to restore access if you forget your credentials.
• User Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for saving, backing up, and safeguarding your 12-word recovery phrase. The BOOBA team does not store, possess, or have the technical ability to recover lost seed phrases.
• Zero-Knowledge Security: Passwords and seed phrases are hashed cryptographically using SHA-256 before verification. The team will never ask for your 12-word recovery phrase or private keys.

3. Digital Booba Passport & Token Rewards ($BOOBA)

The digital Booba Passport serves as your community identity across the BNB Baby movement. Points, badges, and levels awarded on the platform:

• Represent gamified community reputation, engagement standing, and eligibility for potential ecosystem airdrop snapshots.
• Do not represent debt, shares, securities, or fractional ownership in any legal corporate entity.
• Level Progression (from Lv.1 Booba Baby to Lv.10 Booba Master) unlocks digital badges, multiplier perks, alpha lounges, and community advisory governance.

4. Community Quests, Bounties & Anti-Sybil Fair Play

To protect genuine holders and maintain a fair community leaderboard, the following rules apply to all quest submissions:

• Authentic Proofs: Creative submissions, meme contests, and social tasks must be original and accurately verifiable via live URL or image proof.
• Anti-Sybil Protection: Creating automated bot farms, submitting falsified proofs, or using multi-account exploits is strictly prohibited. The core team reserves the right to reject fraudulent submissions and adjust reputation scores in the Admin Console.
• Referral Program: Verified referrals earn +300 BOOBA upon genuine passport activation. Exploitation via automated burner accounts will disqualify the referring passport from reward vault distributions.

5. Web3 Wallet Integration & BNB Chain Transactions

When connecting an injected Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, OKX, or Coinbase Wallet):

• Transactions performed on the BNB Smart Chain (Chain ID: 56) are broadcast directly to the decentralized network and are irreversible.
• Users are responsible for any applicable network gas fees (BNB) associated with blockchain executions.
• We do not control the underlying blockchain protocol or third-party wallet software.
